I very much love patterns and colors in photographs, I have an ongoing project that includes photographs of patterns and a very 2d compression of space.. I've also started on some paintings that follow the same trend.. I just came across this and it reallllyyy inspired me to keep on going with the idea.... i just love the idea of taking a 3d setting and compressing everything closer together so that you have to focus more on the color and line of the subject..
